Metrics

Autonomy share, acceptance, latency, and cost: how the platform is performing.

The Metrics screen (/admin/metrics) shows how automated and how reliable your workflows are, over the default time window.

What's measured

MetricWhat it tells you
latencyStep and run durations (p50/p95)
autonomy_shareAutomated minutes ÷ baseline minutes (0–1)
override_rateOverridden ÷ completed automated steps (0–1)
step_acceptanceApprovals ÷ decisions (0–1)
step_failure_rateFailed attempts ÷ attempts (0–1)
workflow_completionCompleted ÷ created runs
cost_per_runCost in USD per run

Each metric card shows the value, its unit, and a hint explaining how to read it.

What to watch

  • High autonomy share means automation is doing more of the work.
  • High step acceptance means humans are approving most automated outputs, a sign of quality.
  • Rising failure rate or override rate means steps may need attention or demotion.
Use metrics together with Promotion to decide which steps are ready for more autonomy, and which should be pulled back.
