Your first run

Walk through the assess_offer workflow end to end, from target to offer.

This guide walks you through running the shipped assess_offer workflow: from defining a target to sending a client-facing offer.

You'll need an operator account. Sign in at /admin/login, or ask your administrator to create one for you.

1. Add a target

Targets live in Targets (/admin/customers). Click Add target, give it a name, and optionally a domain, website, Companies House number, LinkedIn, and contacts.

Only the name is required. Everything else can be filled in later.

2. Create a run

  1. Go to Runs (/admin/runs) and click New run.
  2. Pick the assess_offer workflow.
  3. Fill in the requirements:
FieldWhat to enter
Target nameStart typing to link an existing target, or type a new name
Target URLsPublic pages the automation should crawl
Offer goalWhat the offer should achieve
Pricing notesFree-text guidance for the draft
  1. Click Create run. You'll land on the run's page.

3. Follow the pipeline

The run page shows the whole pipeline as steps. Steps run in order, and some run in parallel:

  1. Gather target (L3): you confirm who the target is and the offer goal.
  2. Companies House lookup (L1): automation looks the company up.
  3. Crawl public pages (L1): automation crawls the URLs you supplied, in parallel.
  4. Synthesize verified intel (L2): automation writes cited facts, then waits for your approval.
  5. Draft offer (L2): automation drafts the offer, then waits for your approval.
  6. Send offer (L3): you send it and record how.

4. Approve steps in the queue

Steps waiting on you appear in the Queue (/admin/queue), under Approvals. Review the automation's output and approve or reject it. Approving lets the run continue to the next step.

5. Watch it complete

Once the final step is done, the run reaches completed. Along the way you can watch metrics in Metrics (/admin/metrics) and see how much time the automation saved versus doing it by hand.

Every decision, whether approve, reject, override, or spot-check, is recorded in the audit trail on the target's page.
